Just a quick update, I am preparing to have my first baby in the next couple of weeks as of writing this in January, so things are winding down in the Cayla Studio for my maternity leave. Please be advised, I will be on maternity leave until the month of May, so your processing time will begin then according to when your Order was placed.
What this means for you is that your order will be shipped between the beginning of August and the end of September, according to when your Order was placed. Please take this into consideration when ordering your beautiful Halo!
Since I have no way of predicting how many orders I will receive whilst on Maternity Leave, I cannot give an exact shipping date for your order. I will be in the trenches of post-partum, so please be patient with me while I navigate becoming a mother and a business owner all at once. We are delighted to announce that we offer free shipping in the United States! Using USPS Priority Mail, we dispatch within 10 weeks of your payment being fully processed. The time frame for delivery varies, usually within 2-4 days depending on your location.
Should you need your goodies for a certain date that doesn't fit within this time period, we can do a Rush Order for your purchases- please use the Contact Us button for details and to ensure your chosen date can be a accommodated. If you need next day delivery, please use the contact form or message me directly through Instagram to ensure that I see your message as soon as you send it. Overnight shipping can be quite pricey, so I suggest you plan ahead as best you can to avoid an extra cost!
For European countries and Australia, shipping costs $25 which works out to be around €22 depending on the current conversion rate. Shipping can take up to 4 weeks, though generally it will reach you closer to the 2-3 week mark. Expedited shipping to Europe is again quite pricey, so I suggest planning ahead as much as you can to allow time for shipping and handling.
Shipping to Australia takes the full 4 weeks generally, with customs being quite strict it can stay parked there for up to 10 days.
Please be patient with shipping, as once it leaves my hands I have no control over how quickly the halo arrives to your door. I provide tracking information for every transaction, however if you are ordering from outside the US your country's postal service is under no obligation to scan the item at each distribution centre so please be aware that I can only guarantee tracking until it leaves the US.
Due to the nature of the products I make and the current situation with Covid 19, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.
